Introduction
I experienced, that many spiritual or completion seeking people had sensed resentment previous to methodic work.
However it seems to be, in view of the state of humanity without question, that we reasonably should work sytematic-intuative with ourselves, to free our capability and realize our purpose or simply deposit our accompanied luggage set of blocking beliefs. Every obstacle we let go is one less in the collective and changes immediately to the highest good for all of us.
So I started to explore what could help and got to Lester Levenson, who out of his own misery discovered releasing. He seemed crippled that way that physicians gave him less than a chance to survive. Lester was capable to let go, so his body cured itself and lived further 40 lightful years to share with the world what he discovered and made adaptive.
Two of his followers and much more established institutions that provide Lesters Releasing Method:
Hale Dwoskin - Die Sedona Methode®
Lawrence Crane - The Release Technique®
Hereby I invite you, to experience letting go. Contrary to common practice we just should believe what we experienced on our own and refrain to absorb knowledge and repeat it as needed. Please use it for checking and/or Self-experience.
The mind is the sum total of conscious and subconscious thoughts and feelings, that we experience, respectively patterns that run like computer programs, if they are triggert and then lead to analogical action and experience. According to that it is just a tool and not the awareness that we are.
The ego based on the belief to be a from the all seperate individual. That motivated by the 4 deeper wants und its opposites tries to cover intuition or dissuades us from that, maybe with a stream of thoughts or a strong feeling as well as upcoming believe and let create us anything but peace. We cannot locate it nor find it, but improving to see through it with Releasing and gain insight to the motivation:
wanting to control (and be controlled by sth.),
wanting approval (and disapproval)
wanting security or safety (to survive and to die)
wanting to be one (and to be seperate)
Intuition is knowingness coming from the beyond. Sometimes it is covered with the narrator in the head, simply thoughts, believe or patterns. It is the way to experience knowledge beyond any conditioning or that regulates the studied ken or the body action in the now.
Knowingness shows itself, when we know, that we know without having thought.
While the Mind is in rest or generates thoughts we can espacially with the body in action, often at work, homework or sports etc. and if we are open to it, getting answers inside, instead questioning outside or guessing, act in Knowingness. I call it loving "God in Action".
A little hint, if you like to have something, notice the direction where your body (eyes, hands, head) is moving to or what you recognized in extraordinary silence and not what the head wants with a lot of thoughts. A plenty of thoughts tends to refer to release feelings and patterns.
Kowingness depending on our state of mind, can talk directly to us, just be aware of that the mind can switch into and change the inner outcome - releasing is helping than, if possible.
What is next? Who needs help now? Where to go/look now? What can I do right now?
Can be as single ones placed to the heart and be answered with words in awareness or become conscious or moving into appropriate, spontanous action when we like to re-enter the flow. In process we less need those questions, because they can also distract in seeking - just hear the whispering of the beyond. Please exclude the mind a bit and be thankful for it's help - it can always give the answer and debate for centuries, yet miles away from the simple truth. Avoid to slash yourself because of mind-activity, recognize aware yet uneffected thoughts. You are more than that.
Everyone comes with that source that knows the way and allready used it conscious or subconscious and it is always available.
Introducing the six steps by Lester Levenson
1) Want freedom more than a drowning man wants air.
2) Decide you can do the method and be free.
3) See all your feelings as expressions of three basic wants: the want of approval, control, and survival. Release the want of approval, the want of control, and lastly the fear of death.
4) Release continuously.
5) If you are stuck, let go of wanting to change the stuckness.
6) Release more and more and become happier and lighter, until you move beyond happiness into imperturbability and freedom.
AGFLAP-CAP, the nine emotional states
Apathy Grief Fear Lust Anger Pride Courageousness Acceptance Peace
► Releasing ⇒ lighter ► Releasing ⇒ happier ► Releasing ⇒ more abundant
With continuous releasing or letting go we enter the state of Courageousness, Acceptence and finally Peace.
