How it Works

Letting go is simple and a natural function of our system.

 

Here is a basic process to get into:

 

Let appear a simple thought in awareness or an actual feeling.

Then ask into it and keep track of:

Can I welcome this thought or feeling?   optional   Can I allow it to be there?   or    Can I let it go?

Yes or no are both alright. Just be open to the possibility that it also dissolves with answering no.

Would I?                                                                  Means am I ready or willing to let go?

Was the answer yes take the last question - was it no welcome that too and query this one:

                Would I rather have this thought or feeling or rather be free?   Equal what the answer was, pose the last question:

When?                                                                      "Now" could be an answer.

In case you have been open to that you recognized already a shift in awareness.

Repeat this process as much as you like until it's gone or lighter.
